What we deliberately do not charge for

  • Keeping your reviews. Cancel and your profile reverts to free, reviews intact. Reputation you earned is yours.
  • Faster verification outcomes. You can pay to have the checks run sooner. You cannot pay to change what they find.
  • Organic position. The ranking model is published and subscription tier is not an input to it.

Is there really a free tier?
Yes, with a public profile and three matched leads a month. It exists because a marketplace that charges before proving value ends up with supply that only rich companies can afford, and travellers notice the narrowing long before the spreadsheet does.
What is the booking commission?
Between 8% and 12% on bookings completed through the platform, depending on tier and category. Leads you answer and close outside the platform booking flow carry no commission — we would rather charge for the transaction we actually facilitated than pretend to police what happens after an introduction.
Does paying more improve my ranking?
It buys featured placement, which is always labelled Sponsored and sits alongside organic results rather than replacing them. Organic ranking is decided by the published model — relevance, quality, responsiveness, conversion, freshness and fairness — and subscription tier is not one of its inputs. The one indirect effect is real and worth stating: paid tiers carry the verification badge, and verification level is a quality signal.
What happens if I exceed my lead quota?
You can buy additional lead credits, or upgrade. Leads are not silently withheld — you are told when you are approaching the quota, because discovering it after the fact is how companies conclude a channel is not working when actually it was capped.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period; annual plans run to term. Your profile does not disappear on cancellation — it reverts to the free tier, keeps its reviews and stays listed. Deleting the reputation someone spent two years earning because they stopped paying is a hostage strategy, not a business model.
